1:22 a.m. Saturday - Kenneth Gratzinger II, 18, of 408 Bredin St. was arrested on a fugitive warrant and was placed in Butler County Prison.12:52 p.m. Friday - Wayne Elliott, 46, of 5168 Elliott Road was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault after he assaulted his girlfriend, Kirsten Kisling, in her car and at her home at 226 Morten Ave. Elliott was arraigned by District Justice Wayne Seibel and released from Butler County Prison on $1,000 unsecured bond.12:51 p.m. Wednesday - Michael Tweed, 20, of Petrolia was cited for accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle, careless driving and required financial responsibility after his vehicle struck a parked car owned by David Cunningham of 119 Freeport Road. Cunningham was legally parked on South McKean Street when Tweed struck his vehicle and then fled. A witness gave police Tweed's license plate number. Tweed told police he fell asleep while driving and didn't know what he had hit.
