Kristen Erdos of Butler and Lt. Jonathan Gardner, of Cannon Air Force Base, Clovis, New Mexico were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. Aug. 13 at Community Alliance Church in Butler. The Rev. Dennis Krajacic officiated. A reception was held at Springwood in Verona.

The bride is the daughter of Larry and Sandra Erdos of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Dr. Stuart and June Gardner of New Castle.

The bride's sister, Tiffany Musko of Butler, was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Erin Elmer of Grove City; Galina Korneva of Ellwood City; Rachael Jensen of Tacoma, Wash.; and Danielle Conrad and Janae Stimpert, both of Butler.

Serving his brother as best man was SSgt. Joshua Gardner, Air Force, of Moore, Okla. Ushers were PVC Joshua Myers, Army, of Troy, Ala.; Lt. Peter Liggieri, Air Force, of Salt Lake City; Brian Hardt of Prospect, and Craig Pachlhoffer and Donald Huggins, both of Daytona Beach, Fla.

The bride graduated in 2000 from Portersville Christian School and in 2004 from Geneva College. She plans to pursue a master's degree in social work.

The bridegroom graduated in 2000 from Portersville Christian School and in 2004 from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He will begin pilot training in November at Laughlin Air Force Base in Del Rio, Texas.

They plan to make their home at Cannon Air Force Base.
