1:48 a.m. today - Alicia Miller, 23, of 1502J Miller Drive, Butler, was arrested for driving under the influence after a one-vehicle crash on Pillow Street.Police said Miller's car veered off the road, struck a sign, traveled into a yard and hit a parked pickup truck. The sign broke off and was thrown into a porch. The porch at the Pillow Street home of Dorothy Pakutz was damaged as was the pickup owned by Matthew Breck of Pillow Street.Monday - William Kaiser, 41, of 404 Virginia Ave., Apt. 2, Butler, was charged in connection with a hit-and-run crash at 6:45 p.m. Sept. 28 on East Jefferson Street.Police said Kaiser, after his car struck the rear of a car driven by Marcy Dodds, 40, of Butler, drove off. Officers later interviewed Kaiser, who claimed another man was driving his car. But a witness of the crash identified Kaiser in a photo lineup as the driver.Kaiser is charged with accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, careless driving and false reports to law enforcement authorities.

7:47 p.m. Tuesday - Cars driven by Melissa Paugh, 28, and Ashley Butler, 29, both of Butler, collided at Routes 308 and 8 in Center Township.Noon Tuesday - A car driven by Bryan Vozar, 34, of Butler struck an embankment and rolled onto its roof on Center Drive in Oakland Township. Police said Vozar lost control of his car after the right rear suspension broke off.1:58 a.m. Wednesday - A car driven by Kathleen Agostino, 51, of Slippery Rock struck a deer on Interstate 79 in Worth Township.11:10 p.m. Monday - A car driven by Luann Sunday, 50, of Portersville struck a deer on Route 42 in Muddy Creek Township.Monday - Stephanie Markle of Karns City said someone between Sept. 30 and Monday fraudulently used her check card number of withdraw more than $400 from her checking account.Monday - A cell phone was taken between Sept. 20 and Monday from a vehicle owned by Automotive Excellence parked on Washington Street in Eau Claire.1:26 a.m. Friday - Jerry Uber, 40, of Harrisville was arrested for driving under the influence on Route 173 in Slippery Rock Township.1 a.m. Sept. 29 - Thomas McManus, 37, of Volant, Mercer County, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 173 in Slippery Rock Township.

Friday - Several undisclosed items were taken in a burglary between 9:30 p.m. Thursday and 11 p.m. Friday at the Northern Avenue home of Bridget Quinn in West Kittanning, Armstrong County.Wednesday - William Rinaman, 38, of Butler was arrested for driving under the influence on Route 28 in O'Hara Township, Allegheny County.

Sunday - A 27-inch Zenith television and a can containing coins were taken between 10:30 and 11:45 p.m. in a burglary at the Route 208 home of Melvin Booher in Springfield Township, Mercer County. The stolen property is valued at $600.
