3 p.m. Wednesday - Charles Gage, 24, of Butler was arrested on a warrant and found with suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He is charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.12:09 p.m. Sept. 25 - Vincent Strobel, 24, of Butler is accused of taking numerous cartons of cigarettes from 3B's Tobacco at Point Plaza. He is charged with retail theft.

7:51 a.m. Thursday - A vehicle driven by Timothy Blobner, 25, of Bradford Woods, Allegheny County, struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Brian James McStay, 71, of Ellwood City on West New Castle Street.The collision caused the two vehicles to collide with a third vehicle driven by James Edward Hurd, 28, of Enon Valley, Beaver County.9:45 a.m. Sept. 27 - A vehicle driven by Scott Peterson, 39, of Pittsburgh struck a parked car on South Main Street.

Sunday - John Ricchuito of Winfield Township reported someone fraudulently used his credit card to buy an airline ticket for $192.Friday - About $6,000 in damage was reported to transformer equipment owned by Allegheny Power at Camp Ground Road in Mercer Township. Vandals between noon Thursday and 9:10 a.m. Friday damaged the equipment with rocks thrown over a 6-foot secured-link fence.Anyone with information about the vandalism is asked to call the barracks at 724-284-8100.

Sunday - A 27-inch Zenith television and a can containing coins were taken between 10:30 and 11:45 p.m. in a burglary at the Route 208 home of Melvin Booher in Springfield Township, Mercer County. The stolen property is valued at $600.
