Black sets Knoch school record
Artie Black set a Knoch school record with a time of 17 minutes, 48 seconds to finish third and lead the Knights' boys team to a cross country sweep against Ford City, Highlands and Freeport Tuesday.
Melanie Lutz finished second overall for Freeport in the girls race.

MAC meet
- Mars' Brittany Zaborowski placed sixth with a time of 21:34 to help the Planets' girls finish in third place at the MAC meet at Brush Creek.
The Planets finished behind West Allegheny and Quaker Valley.
Cody Kier led the boys team, finishing seventh at 18:02. The team ended in fifth place, with West Allegheny winning the boys' competition as well.
The Mars boys JV team finished third overall.
