2:02 a.m. Wednesday - Jamel Hall, 25, of Braddock, Allegheny County, was arrested for driving under the influence on Hansen Avenue. In addition to DUI, Hall is cited for driving with a suspended license, and a turn-signal violation.
5:40 a.m. Wednesday - A pickup truck driven by Joshua Brenneman, 27, of New Castle traveled down an embankment, struck a ditch and rolled onto its side along Route 19 in Middy Creek Township. Brenneman, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.5:10 a.m. Wednesday - A sport utility vehicle driven by Daniel Heasley, 36, of Harmony traveled off Stone Church Road in Muddy Creek Township, striking a pile of debris and rolling onto its side in a small creek.8:50 a.m. Tuesday - Cars driven by Kari Eberhardt, 32, of Portersville and Jacqueline Estes, 27, of Renfrew collided at Yellow Creek and Stone Church roads in Muddy Creek Township. Eberhardt was cited for a left-turn violation.Tuesday - A .22-caliber rifle and several fishing poles were taken between 6:30 and 8:45 p.m. in a burglary at the Reed Lane home of William Reed in Parker Township.Tuesday - A would-be burglar caused about $600 in damage to a door and window between 6:30 and 11 a.m. while trying unsuccessfully to break into the South Jackson Street home of Ed Whyte in Parker, Armstrong County.8 a.m. Monday - A car driven by Sheryl Geibel, 55, of Butler struck an embankment along Route 1011 in Donegal Township. Geibel, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.
8:30 a.m. Wednesday - Seventeen suspected illegal aliens, all from Mexico, were turned over to federal immigration authorities following a traffic stop on Interstate 80 in Findley Township, Mercer County. There are 15 adults and two children.
