Monday - Three city residents, within a four-hour period, reported bikes were stolen from outside their homes.Dawn Matthews told police her son's orange-and-yellow bicycle was taken from their Greenview Drive apartment. About 1½ hours later, Paul Perry reported a yellow, blue and red bike was stolen from his North Bluff Street home.And 2½ hours after Perry's report, Lisa Lusk told police a green Huffy mountain bike was taken from her East Patterson Avenue home.8:18 p.m. Wednesday - David Wise, 50, of 326 Miller Ave., Butler was arrested for driving under the influence after his car collided with a sport utility driven by Erann Smith, 24, of Butler. Police said Wise did not stop following the crash. In addition to DUI, Wise was cited for accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle.

2:28 p.m. Friday - A sport utility vehicle driven by Michael Lupichuk, 33, of Erie skidded on rain-soaked Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township, traveled on the median, rolled over and landed on its wheels.
