CRANBERRY TWP - District Justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Shawn Douglas Bowser, 22, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 6, 2003, by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.10 or greater and failure to keep right.

Bryce Allen Kelly, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 28 by Cranberry police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content between 0.10 and 0.16, two counts of driving with a suspended license DUI-related, failure to use a turn signal and failing to obey duties at stop sign.

David McKinney, 46, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. He was charged Aug. 2 by Cranberry police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment and driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of more than 0.16.

Kimberly Marie Ketter, 21, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 9 by Cranberry police with possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

EVANS CITY --- District Justice Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Devon T. Cahall, 20, of Callery waived his case to court. He was charged July 6 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment and a minor driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content between 0.10 and 0.16, minor prohibited operating a vehicle while using alcohol and disregard to traffic lane.Jamie Mellish, 24, of East Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 18 by Callery police with filing a false report to law enforcement officials, two counts of resisting arrest, aggravated assault and disorderly conduct.James Dean Todd, 40, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged April 2 by state police with four counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy to possess a controlled substance.Joann Paris, 49, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged July 28 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment and driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of more than 0.16. and careless driving.Louis Stanford Powell, 39, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 11 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content between 0.10 and 0.16, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, driving with a suspended license, illegal parking at an intersection and driving without a license.
