These items have been collected from various police departments across Western Pennsylvania.

9:23 p.m. Thursday - Kevin Davis, 26, no known address was arrested on a bench warrant and is in Butler County Prison.8:11 p.m. Wednesday - Colleen Ann Blakemore, 30, of Pittsburgh was charged with several offenses after employees of Vocelli Pizza on West Cunningham Street saw her remove money from a money box inside the restaurant.Blakemore dropped the money when she realized she was being watched and fled the store. City police found her a short while later and took her to Butler County Prison.A female guard searched Blakemore and found three full stamp bags of heroin, several empty bags and a used syringe.Blakemore was charged with theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and was arraigned by District Justice Sue Haggerty. She remains in prison on $3,000 bond.

12:20 p.m. Tuesday - James T. Seybert, 68, of Rock Lake Drive reported someone has been taking money from his debit account at a bank. Seven transactions totaling $2,575 were withdrawn from the account. He has his card and didn't know how any one could have obtained his personal account information.2:20 p.m. Tuesday - Mindy Lee Conley, 25, of Rochester, Beaver County, was cited for shoplifting at BiLo Foods in the North Gate Plaza on Route 19 after a manager contacted police and said he had witnessed the woman put groceries in her stroller. The value of the groceries recovered from the stroller was $74.57.10:16 p.m. Sept. 8 - Erin M. Hawk, 19, of Wexford was traveling south on Route 19 when she lost control of her car and hydroplaned on the rain-soaked highway hitting a vehicle driven by William Schrader, 59, of Wexford, who was traveling north in the opposite lane. Both Hawk and an unidentified passenger had cuts and bruises and were taken to Allegheny General Hospital by Harmony EMS for treatment.2:18 p.m. Sept. 8 - Michelle Podlaski, 33, of Hedge Row Court, Cranberry Township, was traveling around a bend of Zehner School Road when she lost control on the wet road and hit a hillside. Podlaski and her young daughter had some minor injuries and were treated at the scene by Harmony EMS. Podlaski was cited for speeding.8:58 p.m. Sept. 4 - Andrew D. Hiles, 19, of West Main Street, Evans City, was cited for public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and underage drinking following an incident on Route 68. Police said they were called to the Route 68 area after several people reported a male giving obscene gestures to motorists. Police found Hiles with a bottle of wine and visibly intoxicated. An identity check revealed Hiles was wanted on an outstanding warrant. He was placed under arrest. He became verbally abusive in the police car.9:40 a.m. Sept. 4 - A $500 aluminum oil cooler owned by Total Equipment of Coraopolis and an old radiator of little value were taken overnight from the Brittner's Radiator Shop at 150 Magill Road.

10:56 a.m. Sept. 12 - A passing motorist reported graffiti at the Allegheny Physical Therapy building 20215 Route 19. There was writing on the front windows and door of the business.

3:21 p.m. Sept. 9 - A Valley Lines bus driven by Richard Taylor, 60, of Saxonburg was traveling north on South Green Lane when a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction skidded and collided with the bus. There were several children on the bus at the time of the accident, but no one was injured in the crash. The driver of the second vehicle was not identified in the police report.

Sept. 10 - Police received reports that part of a pay phone in the parking lot of Kwik Fill on North Broad Street had been removed. The damaged occurred between Sept. 4 and the time of the report. Damage was estimated at $800. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to call the police.Sept. 10 - Police investigated a three-car accident at West Main Street and Memorial Park Drive. A van operated by Sadie Williams, 27, of Harrisville ran into the back of a car operated by Daniel Barger, 71, of Clintonville. Barger's vehicle was then pushed into the car operated by Scott Gladd, 23, of Carrie Way, Grove City. All persons involved were wearing seat belts. Barger was taken in a private vehicle to United Community Hospital to be examined. No charged were filed.Sept. 9 - A 17-year-old male was arrested at his home on Grace Street after a domestic altercation with his mother. Police learned the boy held a broken wooden handle to his mother's throat. Charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment have been filed.Sept. 9 - David Lauer, 20, of Edgewood Avenue and Joseph Locktosh, 36, of Tieline Road were involved in an accident on East Pine Street and Harvard Street. Witnesses told police Lauer was on his bicycle and was traveling south on Harvard Street when he failed to stop for the stop sign at East Pine Street and ran into the passenger side of Locktosh's pickup truck, which was westbound on East Pine. Lauer, who was wearing a helmet, sustained injuries to his head, face and clavicle. He was transported to United Community Hospital and later flown to Allegheny General Hospital and eventually released. Locktosh was not injured.Sept. 3 - Police investigated a three-car accident in front of the Main Street Diner on Main Street. A vehicle operated by Jason Waldron, 35, of Mercer struck a vehicle operated by Denise Glenn, 38, of Mercer. A vehicle operated by Julie Hoover, 53, Mercer, then struck Waldron's vehicle. No injuries were reported.Sept. 1 - Police received a report that a wallet had been stolen from the dormitory room of Shawn Brenneman, 18, of Memorial Hall, Grove City College. The theft occurred between Aug. 29 and the time of the report. Value of the wallet and its contents was estimated at $58.Aug. 30 - Lawanna Mershimer, 36, of Butler was charged with writing a bad check on May 19 to Dr. Rick Gilliland. The check was for $18.

Sept. 13 - Workers at the Martha Rose Apartments on Center Street reported that someone had shot through a window with a BB gun. The vandalism occurred between Sept. 12 and the time of the report. The value of the window was estimated at $200.Sept. 9 - McGowan Real Estate on Grove City Road reported the theft of a real estate sign. The theft occurred between Sept. 7 and 9. The sign was valued at $150.Sept. 8 - Catrina Barson, 21, of Slippery Rock reported that her wallet went missing between Sept 4 and 5 while Barson was visiting a friend at the Cooper Street Apartments. The wallet and its contents were valued at $150.

8 a.m. Wednesday - Someone broke a window at the Hiland Golf Course at 106 Wendelin Road in Summit Township and stole a box of register tapes, tablets and some potato chips with a total value of $120.Noon Wednesday - Someone broke into Shurina's Pizza at 622 North Pike Road in Jefferson Township and stole $15 in change. Damage was estimated at $100.

Sept. 12 - James A. Kitchen, no age given, of Jackson Center was arrested and charged with indecent exposure after an incident involving a neighbor on Greek Road in Worth Township.
