Geibel, Miller

Amy Geibel and Eric Miller, both of Gainesville, Fla., were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. June 5 at St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Herman. The Rev. Lester Knoll officiated. A reception followed at The Chadwick.

The bride is the daughter of Ronald and Darlene Geibel of Saxonburg. Parents of the bridegroom are William and Ethel Miller of Gainesville.

The matron of honor was Susan McLafferty of Worthington and the maid of honor was Deborah Hines of Pittsburgh, both sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids were Taryn Hines of Galeton, Elizabeth Dull of Gainesville and Jennifer Dull of Dunedin, Fla. The junior bridesmaid was Sarah McLafferty of Worthington. The flower girl was Megan McLafferty of Worthington.

Performing the duties of best man for his brother was Steve Miller of Williamsburg, Va. Ushers were Ronald Miller of Emlenton; Mark Miller of Chesapeake, Va.; Kevin Miller of Butler; and Josh Miller of Gainesville, Fla., all brothers of the bridegroom. The bride's brother, Daniel Hines of Galeton; Jim Weiland of Latrobe; Simon Werner of Rochester, Minn.; and Steve Werner of Tinton Falls, N.J., also served as ushers. The ring bearer was Dominick Miller of Chesapeake.

The bride graduated in 1998 from Knoch High School and in 2002 from the University of Florida in Gainesville with bachelor of science degree. She works for Nationwide Insurance in Gainesville.

The bridegroom graduated in 1995 from Butler High School, earned a bachelor of science degree in 2000 and a master's degree in 2002, both from the University of Florida in Gainesville. He works for Alta Systems in Gainesville.

After a Caribbean cruise honeymoon, the couple will live in Gainesville.
