CRANBERRY TWP - District Justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:
Latisha Mae Arrington, 38, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 20 by Cranberry Township police with retail theft.
Lynn A. Simile, 43, of Wexford, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 2 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content more than .16, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, speeding and reckless driving.
EVANS CITY - District Justice Wayne Seibel recently heard these court cases:Matthew Wayne Pia, 36, of Beaver, Beaver County, had his case held for court. He was charged June 22 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content between .10 and .16.Gordan Ray Schmude, 31, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged June 15 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content more than .16, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.Lawrence Edward Cicco, 40, formerly of Cranberry Township, currently of Butler, had his case held to court. He was charged July 23 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content more than .16, driving with a suspended license, speeding and failure to keep right.Patrick R. Belton, 19, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged June 8 by Adams Township police with criminal trespass, breaking into a structure and theft by unlawful taking.Andrew W. Eichenaur, 19, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged June 8 by Adams Township police with criminal trespass, breaking into a structure and theft by unlawful taking.Kurt Hufnagel, 42, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 11 by Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content more than .16 and a disregard to traffic lane.Regena M. Miller, 34, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 11 by Lancaster Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content more than .16, reckless driving and violating hazard lights regulations.Darren R. Halli, 26, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged May 18 by Zelienople police with forgery, tampering with records or identification, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Michael P. Robinson, 38, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 22 by Zelienople police with five counts of receiving stolen property, driving without a license, drug license suspension/revocation and possessing more than one valid driver's license.Patrick A. King, 26, of Syracuse, N.Y., waived his case to court. He was charged June 15 by Evans City police with manufacturing-delivery-possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, criminal conspiracy, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of a solvent or non-toxic substance, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Jacob W. Hymes, 25, of Heidelberg, Allegheny County, had his case held to court. He was charged Aug. 18 by Adams Township police with stalking with the intent to place in fear and intimidating a witness or victim.
SLIPPERY ROCK - These cases were heard Sept. 9 by District Justice Clifford Woessner:Norman J. Yaeger, 48, of Conneaut Lake waived his case to court. He is charged with two counts driving under the influence. The complaint was filed by state police after Yaeger was stopped at a sobriety checkpoint July 25 on Route 422 in Franklin Township. Yaeger was released on his own recognizance. His arraignment is set for Oct. 18 at the Butler County Courthouse.Timothy O. Wolfe, 27, of Niles, Ohio, was held for court. He is charged with robbery, simple assault, retail theft and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Slippery Rock Police filed the complaint after they responded to reports of a fight Aug. 29 in the parking lot at Giant Eagle. Wolfe is in Butler County Jail in lieu of a $25,000 bond. His arraignment is set for Oct. 18 at the Butler County Courthouse.
