EVANS CITY - District Justice Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Joseph M. Porter, Jr., 54, of Lyndora waived his case to court. He was charged July 29 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs general impairment, driving under the influence of controlled substance both alcohol/drugs, speeding and careless driving.

Bryan Guffey, 23, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 11 by Evans City police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

CRANBERRY TWP - District Justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Graham Randall Graveley, 25, of Hillsville, Va., plead guilty to reduced charges of public intoxication and agreed to pay $3,652 in damages as a result of an attempted theft on Aug. 1 of a large mounted fish from the Braddock's Steak and Seafood Restaurant on Executive Drive. He was originally charged by Cranberry Township police with theft and receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and public intoxication.Mary Frances Neil, 58, of Portersville waived her case to court. She was charged June 9 by Cranberry Township police with writing a bad check.Jerry Bodish, 25, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged July 18 by Cranberry Township police with simple assault.Scott Ryan Farren, 20, of Cranberry Township had his case held for court. He was charged July 13 by Cranberry Township police with aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol.Vincent M. Yandura, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 16 by Cranberry Township police with delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.John Edward Gallagher, 45, of Conneaut Lake, Pa., waived his case to court. He was charged June 9 by Cranberry Township police with identity theft, theft of leased property and theft by deception.
