Fennell, Harp
Roxanne Fennell of Karns City and Gary Harp of Meadville exchanged wedding vows at 4:30 p.m. July 3 at St. Paul's Community Church in Chicora. The Rev. Randall Forester officiated. A reception followed at the Sugarcreek Volunteer Fire Hall.
The bride is the daughter of William and Alice Fennell of Karns City. Parents of the bridegroom are Gary and Mary Lou Harp of Foxburg.
The matron of honor was Jennifer Belles of Fairview. Bridesmaids were Chris Double of East Brady and Kim Fennell of Karns City. The flower girl was Jasmine Fennell of Karns City.
Performing the duties of best man was Ray Junkins of Meadville. Ushers were Alan Seamon of Meadville, Bill Fennell of Karns City, Derrick Bechtel of Foxburg and Andrew Double and Timothy Double, both of East Brady. Junior ushers were Jonathan Fennell of Karns City; and Jacob Belles of Fairview. The ring bearer was Mitchell Belles of Fairview.
The bride graduated in 1991 from East Brady High School and in 1992 from Kittanning Beauty School. She is a former employee of J.C. Penney Salon in the Clearview Mall.
The bridegroom graduated in 1990 from Allegheny-Clarion Valley High School and earned an associate's degree in 1992 from Vale Technical School. He works for Waste Management in Erie.
After a Cancun, Mexico honeymoon, the couple is living in Meadville.
