EVANS CITY - District Justice Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Heath Francis Christy, 20, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged July 19 by the state police with theft by unlawful taking.

Judy A. Centenail, aka Judy Healy, 55, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged June 11 by Lancaster Township Police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of between .10 and .16, careless driving, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and open lewdness.

Eric Young, 26, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged July 26 by Adams Township Police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of above .16 and following too closely.

Michael Shane Bastian, 32, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged July 28 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of between .08 and .10 and careless driving.

Jacob William Hymes, 25, of Heidelburg, Allegheny County, had his case held for court. He was charged June 26 by Adams Township Police with making terroristic threats and harassment.

CRANBERRY TWP - District Justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Roy J. Grosskoff, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 3 by Cranberry police with making terroristic threats.Benjamin Wayne Loucks, 23, of New Castle, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 6 by Cranberry Township Police with forgery, nine counts of receiving stolen property, nine counts of access device fraud and nine counts of identity theft.Lee M. Scott, 40, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged April 26 by Cranberry Township police with theft by deception, receiving stolen property and two counts of writing bad checks.
