EVANS CITY - District Justice Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:
Jacklyn Marie McMillan, 21, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived her case to court. She was charged July 6 by Zelienople police with selling or furnishing liquor to minors and disorderly conduct.
Thomas James Burns, Jr., 29, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged July 26 by Zelienople police with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct engaging in fighting, criminal mischief and public drunkenness.
Anthony David Vigliotti, 21, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged July 27 by the state police with making terroristic threats with the intent of terrorize, driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, simple assault, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, selling or furnishing alcohol to minors, public drunkenness and driving with a suspended license.
CRANBERRY TWP - District Justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Patrick August King, 25, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged June 9 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Donald Alan Disher, 54, of Cranberry Township case was held to court. He was charged June 2 by Cranberry police with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of .16 or above.Ross R. Tait, 27, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 24 by Cranberry police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.James R. Eighme, 26, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged June 30 by Cranberry Township police with careless driving, disregard of traffic lane, driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment and driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of .16 or above.Samantha Sue Petruso, 34, of Wexford, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged June 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content between .10 and .16 and speeding.Jermey Temple, 18, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, case was held for court. He was charged July 6 by Cranberry Township police with retail theft and taking merchandise.Mark Smith, 24, of Cheswick, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged July 11 by Cranberry Township police with retail theft and taking merchandise.Kimberly Ann Gehr, 33, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. She was charged June 17 by Cranberry police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol and controlled substances, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content between .08 and .10, failing to stop at a stop sign, and turning movements and required signals.
WORTH TWP, Mercer Co. - These cases were heard Aug. 4 by District Justice Lawrence Silvis:Kenneth B. Massing, 35, of Erie was held for court on two counts driving under the influence, careless driving and restrictions on use of limited access highways after a traffic stop June 1 by state police on Interstate 79 in New Vernon Township. Massing was released on his own recognizance.Theodore J. Wall Jr., 40, of Stoneboro was waived to court on charges of driving under the influence, disorderly conduct, reckless driving, disregarding a traffic lane, careless driving and turning movements and required signals after a traffic stop by state police on July 17 on Interstate 79 in Jackson Township. Wall was released from the Mercer County Jail on a $3,000 bond.Gary V. Bish, 43, of Corsica pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered after a traffic stop by state police on July 23 on Interstate 80 in Wolf Creek Township. State police found several rocks of crack cocaine in Bish's vehicle after Bish consented to a search. Bish was released from the Mercer County Jail on a $5,000 bond.Matthew J. Farren, 18, of 590 E. Main St., Grove City, was held for court on three counts driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. He was released on a $3,000 bond.
