Carol Thiel and Todd Bianucci, both of Chicora were united in marriage June 9 in Riviera Maya, Mexico. Judge Kiko Flores officiated.

The bride is the daughter of John Thiel and Kathy LeGrand, both of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Gordon and Nancy Bianucci of Butler. The bride was presented for marriage by her nephew, Alex Thiel.

The bride's daughter, Shauna Smith, was the honor attendant.

The bride graduated in 1994 from Butler High School. She works for Wise Business Forms in Butler.

The bridegroom graduated in 1989 from BHS. He works for RMS in Butler.

The couple is making their home in Chicora.
