4:40 p.m. Wednesday - Samantha Bronder, 18, of Pittsburgh was arrested for driving a stolen vehicle, following a traffic stop on West New Castle Street. The vehicle was reported stolen July 24 from Pittsburgh. Bronder was arraigned for receiving stolen property, and placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bond.1:55 a.m. Wednesday - Ryan Macomber, 22, of 406 Pillow St. was arrested for driving under the influence on Easy Wayne Street.2:30 a.m. Friday - Adam Bowers, no age given, of 325 School St. and a boy whom police did not identify were arrested for allegedly trying to break into the Skate Co. store at 312 N. Main St.The suspects are charged with attempted burglary, conspiracy and criminal mischief. Bowers is also charged with corruption of minors.

7:13 p.m. Wednesday - A vehicle driven by Jessica Barclay, 19, of Prospect struck a concrete barrier on Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township.3:40 p.m. Wednesday - Cars driven by Gregory Johnson, 24, of Butler and Carol Michalowski, 43, of Pittsburgh collided on Route 68 in Connoquenessing Township.2:30 p.m. Wednesday - Cars driven by Lauren Sauer, 20, of Sandy Lake, Mercer County, and Richard Tambellini, 42, of Pittsburgh collided on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township.12:05 p.m. Wednesday - Cars driven by Nicole Catalfamo, 18, of Grove City and Hazel Beachem, 53, of Boyers collided at Branchton and Harmony roads in Slippery Rock Township. Both Beachem and Catalfamo suffered minor injuries, and both drivers were wearing seat belts.Tuesday - A 5-gallon water bottle containing about $1,600 in currency and coins was taken between Saturday and Tuesday in a burglary at the Tracy Lane home of Arthur Buterbaugh in Franklin Township.

4:45 p.m. Tuesday - A pickup truck driven by Michelle Cochran, 41, of Mercer and a car driven by Mark Schnelzer, 17, of Grove City collided at Route 62 and Zahniser Road in Lackawannock Township, Mercer County. Neither driver was wearing a seat belt and both suffered moderate injuries.
