7:24 a.m. Monday - Cars driven by Richard Kennedy, 42, of 121½ E. Cunningham St., Apt. 2, and Rosalee Stepulla, 60, of 104 Bramble Ave. collided at Main and Pearl streets. The collision forced Stepulla's car onto the curb and into a utility pole.

Today - Raymond Wolfe of Parker reported that his 1993 Dodge Dakota pickup truck was stolen between 10:30 p.m. Wednesday and 4:30 a.m. today from Route 58 near Route 38 in Eau Claire. The truck, valued at $1,500, also contained about $500 in assorted Craftsman's tools.Tuesday - Several counterfeit $20 bills were passed at bingo held at Hindman Hall in Connoquenessing Township. Police determined the person who passed the billsdid not know they were bogus.Police said the investigation continues and advised merchants and others involved in cash transactions to be aware of counterfeit bills.1:47 a.m. Saturday - Norman Yeager, 48, of Conneaut Lake, Crawford County, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 422 in Franklin Township. The arrest was made during a sobriety checkpoint conducted by state police and the Butler County DUI Task Force.
