Here are recent cases heard by two district justices:
EVANS CITY - District Justice Wayne Seibel heard these cases:Pamela Michelle Niklas, 25, of Slippery Rock waived her case to court. She was charged June 15 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content between 0.10 and 0.16 and driving with a suspended license.Mark Linzenbold, 36, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. He was charged May 20 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content between 0.10 and 0.16, and two counts of failing to stop at a stop sign.
WORTH TWP, Mercer County - These cases were heard July 14 by District Justice Lawrence Silvis:Tanya L. Redfoot, 31, of Utica, Pa., was held for court on two counts of driving under the influence after a traffic stop June 18 in Sandy Lake Township. Redfoot was released on her own recognizance.David K. Wike, 23, of Pine Township was held for court on charges of identity theft, unlawful use of a computer and access device fraud after a credit card and bank equity cards were obtained between March and April in the names of his parents, David and Maria Wike of Pine Township. More than $8,500 was charged to the credit card. Wike was released from Mercer County Jail on a $10,000 bond.Richard G. Marks, 40, of Mercer was held for court on two counts of theft by deception after failing to pay $3,147.64 awarded to Donald and Georgia McIntire of Pine Township in a 2001 civil suit over work to be done on a septic system. Marks was released from Mercer County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
