Donald and Iris Vidic of West Sunbury recently celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner and picnic at the home of their daughter and son-in-law in West Sunbury.

The former Iris Rieger married Vidic on June 24, 1954 at West Sunbury United Presbyterian Church in West Sunbury.

They have three daughters, Mrs. Keith (Karen) Hall of West Sunbury and Mrs. Michael (Colette) Kohlmeyer and Mrs. Dale (Elizabeth) Fennell, both of Butler.

They also have six grandchildren.

Vidic is retired from Swank Construction in New Kensington, where he worked for 43 years.

Mrs. Vidic is a housewife, and works at Antiques in Butler.

The couple attends West Sunbury United Presbyterian Church where Mrs. Vidic is a member of the Women's Missionary Society.
