You must request a deed copy in person at the Butler County Recorder of Deeds office in the Butler County Government Center, 124 W. Diamond St., Butler.
No mail orders will be honored. Copies are 25 cents a page. Computer printouts, for deeds recorded after November 1999, are 50 cents a page.
