The college primarily serves Butler County but admits students from out of the county.

It features a library, field house, bookstore, student union, business learning center and computer learning center. The college is expanding to include a cultural sciences and community center.

The college offers a variety of programs in four areas: Cranberry Township, Beaver, Oakland and Greensburg. The college has programs geared specifically toward women and some weekend and evening programs for working adults who wish to earn a college degree.
