Charles and Margaret Fryman of Harrisville will celebrate 65 years of marriage with an open house given by their son and grandchildren from 2 to 4 p.m. July 17 at the Harrisville United Methodist Church in Harrisville.

The former Margaret Thompson married Fryman on July 19, 1939, at the home of the groom's parents in Harrisville.

They have a son, Richard Fryman of Slippery Rock. Another son, C. Bill Fryman is deceased.

They also have five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Fryman is retired from Maximon Machine in Grove City.

Mrs. Fryman is a homemaker.

The couple attends the Harrisville United Methodist Church, where they have been members for 61 years.

The couple requests no gifts.
