EVANS CITY - District Justice Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:
Christopher Paul Matoka, 39, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged May 20 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol highest rate of 0.16 percent blood-alcohol level or above, speeding and driving with a suspended vehicle registration.
Jason E. Carnprobst, 25, of Russellton waived his case to court. He was charged May 20 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment and driving under the influence of alcohol highest rate of 0.16 percent blood-alcohol level or above.
Kristy Kohan, 26, of Allison Park waived her case to court. She was charged May 20 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment and driving under the influence of alcohol highest rate of 0.16 percent blood-alcohol level or above.
Sarah R. Berlin, 22, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged April 27 by Mars police with driving under the influence of alcohol highest rate of 0.16 percent blood-alcohol level or above and disregard to a traffic lane.
Jeremy Flood, 28, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged June 7 by Jackson Township police with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and reckless driving.

CRANBERRY TWP - District justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Richard J. Dortman, 43, of Cowensville pleaded guilty to one count of passing bad checks. He was charged Sept. 16 by Jackson Township police.Adam Speer, 24, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged June 1 by Cranberry Township police with access device (credit card) fraud, theft by deception false impression, criminal attempt to commit access devise (credit card) fraud.Christopher J. Pasikowski, 24, of Wexford waived his case to court. He was charged May 20 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol between .10 percent and 0.16 percent blood-alcohol level and speeding.Bradley Christopher Smith, 21, of Ithaca, N.Y., waived his case to court. He was charged March 16 by Cranberry Township police with retail theft and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Michael J. Reiser, 18, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 1 by Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, access to a device issued to another person (credit card) and receiving stolen property.William D. Davis, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 16 by Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to possess a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, manufacture, delivery or possession of a controlled substance.William D. WORTH TWP, Mercer County - These cases were heard June 23 by District Justice Lawrence Silvis:Matthew A. Haefner, 26, of Parker was waived to court on two counts driving under the influence, careless driving, driving at an unsafe speed and driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop April 10 on South Broad Street in Grove City. He was released on a $500 bond.Randall A. Peevey, 26, of 231 N. Broad St., Grove City, pleaded guilty to selling/furnishing alcohol to a minor during an event Feb. 20 and 21 at 303 W. Main St., Grove City. Peevey is in Mercer County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.Stacia L. Mason, 25, of 639 Barkeyville Road, Grove City, pleaded guilty to a summary count of disorderly conduct after a domestic dispute May 8 at 120 Edgewood Ave., Grove City. Mason was fined $149.50 in court costs and restitution with the stipulation she have no contact with the victim.
