Dausch, Slater

Butler residents Ursula Dausch and Ray Slater exchanged wedding vows at 1:30 p.m. March 27 at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Butler. The Rev. Jack Nanz officiated. A reception followed at The Atrium in Prospect.

The bride is the daughter of Peter and Diana Dausch of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Gary and Linda Slater of Chicora.

The honor attendant was Lee Ann Formaini of Kittanning. Bridesmaids were Kelly Crouch, Tammy Lehman, Tracy Hanford and Melinda Wood, all of Butler; Beth Polanec of Scranton; and Amy Young of Chicora. The flower girl was Summer Slater of Butler.

Performing the duties of best man was Scott Neff of Herman. Ushers were George Dellen, Michael Finucan and Greg Slater, all of Butler; Dan Dausch of Chicago; Travis Fisher of North Carolina; and Mike Slater of Colorado. Junior groomsmen were Trevin Slater of Butler and Gavin Polanec of Scranton.

The bride is a 1993 graduate of Butler High School and a 1997 graduate of Duquesne University. She is employed at Butler Memorial Hospital.

The groom graduated in 1992 from Butler High School. He is employed at Wise Business Forms in Butler.

Following a honeymoon trip to Jamaica, the couple is residing in Butler.
