An Aug. 7 wedding is being planned by Washington residents Beatrice Santos and Andrew Kustarz.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Manuel and Louisa Santos of Washington. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are William and Carol Kustarz of Butler.

The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of Massanutten Military Academy and a 2004 graduate of Point Park University. She is employed at the Chevy Chase Club in Chevy Chase, Md.

Her fiancé is a 2000 graduate of Butler High School and a 2001 graduate of the International Culinary Academy. He is employed at Morton's of Chicago in Washington.
