He is in Butler County Prison waiting arraignment.5:15 p.m. Tuesday - Vehicles driven by Evan Nolte, 18, of 181 Freeport Road and James Wonderlang, 52, of Saxonburg collided at the intersection of Pepperland Boulevard and Coolidge Street.11:15 p.m. Monday - Robert Wynn, 53, of 4164 Hopewell Ave. was charged with driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Fairground Hill Road.7:17 p.m. Monday - Five people were cited after police discovered an underage drinking party at 410 E. Locust St.Phillip J. Basel, 21, of 410 E. Locust St. Apt. 2 was cited for furnishing alcohol to minors. Robert L. Bartley, 19, of the same address, was cited for underage consumption of alcohol as were Terry D. McClimans Jr., 19, of 171 North Road and two juvenile females, aged 14 and 15, from Butler.12:46 a.m. May 29 - Leslie Humbert, 30, of Evans City was charged with driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Jefferson Street.

11 p.m. Friday - Anthony Katic, 44, of Cabot reported a shotgun, television, VCR and tool kit with a combined value of $450 was stolen from his residence on Irwin Road in Clearfield Township.10 p.m. Friday - Someone driving a 1998 Mazda B2500 truck backed over a mailbox and a stack of bricks on Covington Drive in Center Township. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 724-284-8100.8:50 a.m. Wednesday - Judith Schnell, 40, of West Sunbury lost control of her vehicle due to a mechanical malfunction on Route 308 in Cherry Township. The vehicle struck an embankment and turned onto its side. Schnell was not injured.8 a.m. Wednesday - Someone broke into My Kitchen Ice Cream on Victory Road in Clinton Township and stole $1,000 in cash.1:30 p.m. June 19 - Someone stole construction materials belonging to Glenn Wilson, 40, of Sarver from a berm along Sunshine Road in Clinton Township. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 724-284-8100.May 25 - Judy McFeaters, 55, of Forestville reported she was a victim of forgery, identity theft and theft. State police are investigating.

8 p.m. Wednesday - Marla Rupp, 49, of Fairmount City reported someone dumped sugar in her truck's gas tank while it was parked at Butler County Community College in Butler Township.9:40 p.m. Tuesday - Larry Simpson, 63, of Parker lost control of his vehicle on a curve on Spring Road, ran off the road and struck a ditch. He was wearing a seatbelt and was not hurt.

1:46 a.m. Friday - Matthew Brennan, 21, of Saxonburg was flown to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh after he lost control of his vehicle on Bakerstown Road in Frazer Township and struck a chain link fence and several trees. His condition was unavailable Saturday morning.
