District Justice Streib

CRANBERRY TWP - District Justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Christopher Carl Nelson, 25, of Sheffield, Warren County, pled guilty to charges of driving with an unregistered vehicle and possession of a controlled substance. State police charged him May 4.

Alan John Huber, 43, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Cranberry Township police charged him May 12 with driving under the influence of alcohol with a 0.16 percent blood-alcohol level or above and driving too slow for conditions.

Ben S. Oliverio, 47, of Mars waived his case to court. Cranberry Township police charged him May 11 with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence with a 0.10 percent to 0.16 percent blood-alcohol level and careless driving.

Erica A. Kujawa, 24, of Leetsdale waived her case to court. She was charged April 7 by the Cranberry Township police with false identification of a law enforcement official, fraudulent use/removal of a registered license plate, careless driving and driving without a license.

Amber J. Warman, 26, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 30 by Cranberry Township police with allowing illegal use of plate/card, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without proper financial responsibility, driving a vehicle with a suspended registration, fraudulent signature on a certificate/title and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jacob C. Lawrence, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 19 by Cranberry Township police with attempted burglary and possession of an instrument of crime.

Scott E. Taylor, 37, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Cranberry Township police charged him June 1 with simple assault and making terroristic threats.

Heath Christy, 20, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged June 2 by the Butler County Drug Task Force with manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, corruption of minors and conspiring to manufacture/deliver/possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.

Brenton David Ruigrok, 25, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Cranberry Township police charged him April 7 with unlawful use of a computer, destroying data and identity theft.

Stephen Coll, 33, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 29 by Cranberry Township police with fraudulent altering/forging/counterfeiting title/registration/insurance, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, improper display plate, allowing illegal use of plate/card and non-display of registration plate.
