Hiles, Huey

Carissa Hiles of Chicora and Stephen Huey of Butler exchanged wedding vows at 2:30 p.m. May 15 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Chicora. The Rev. James Higgins officiated. A reception followed at the Vagabond Center in Lyndora.

The bride is the daughter of Steven and Kathy Hiles of Chicora. Parents of the bridegroom are James and Maxine Huey of Butler.

The maid of honor was Jennifer Hiles of Pittsburgh. Bridesmaids were Michelle Doutt, Christina Huey and Lisa Vivirito, all of Butler. Jamie Campbell of East Brady served as a junior bridesmaid. The flower girl was Regan Worsley of Butler.

Serving the bridegroom as best man was Mike Huey of Butler. Ushers were Toby Wehr and Bryan Worsley, both of Butler, and Steven Hiles of Chicora. Craig Campbell of East Brady served as a junior groomsman. The ring bearers were Coltin Wehr and Domenic Vivirito, both of Butler.

The bride graduated in 1996 from Karns City High School, in 1998 from Butler County Community College and in 1999 from the University of Pittsburgh. She works as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit at Butler Memorial Hospital.

The bridegroom graduated in 1991 from Butler High School and in 1995 from the St. Francis School of Nursing. He works as a registered nurse in the emergency department at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Following a honeymoon trip to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, the couple is making their home in Meridian.
