Thursday - Macrofinancial Corp., 113 Five Oaks Lane, Washington Township, failed to return $740 to Tina and Robert Heck of Hilliards in regard to a personal loan application.9:21 p.m. Wednesday - A tractor-trailer driven by Floyd Cutlip, 45, of Salem, Ohio, pulled out in front of a Pontiac Sunfire driven by Jason Jesteadt, 21, of Butler on Route 422 in Franklin Township. The vehicles collided, but no one was injured.8:50 p.m. Wednesday - Daniel Z Caballero, 56, of Renfrew harassed Enrique Martinez, 51, of Renfrew by striking him in the back of the neck with a potato. The incident took place on private property along Shannon Road in Connoquenessing Township.June 8-June 10 - Someone stole a Pioneer DVD player out of a 2003 Holiday Rambler camper and two hand-held radios out of a 2001 Ford Excursion sport utility vehicle as they were parked at 528 Chicora Road in Oakland Township. Richard Lucas, 60, of Butler owns the stolen items.May 15-May 24 - Someone damaged a 2002 Dodge Ram on the passenger side door as it was parked at Penreco in Karns City. Michael Henry, 37, no address available, owns the truck.

3:20 p.m. Thursday - Christine Terwilliger, 37, of Sandy Lake and four passengers suffered minor to moderate injuries when her van was struck by a truck driven by William Bence, 78, of Sandy Lake on Parker Road.Terwilliger's passengers were: Tyler Terwilliger, 13, Kelsey McClearn, 11, Meghan Terwilliger, 8, and Kaitlin McClearn, 8, all of Sandy Lake.Terwilliger and her passengers were taken to United Community Hospital in Grove City.Bence and his passenger, Lisa Hetrick, 36, of Sandy Lake were taken to Horizon Hospital Systems in Greenville for moderate injuries.

9:20 p.m. Wednesday - Paul Hagelthorn, 50, of Natrona Heights was arrested and charged with driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Route 28 in North Buffalo Township.

9:15 p.m. Monday - Michael Todd Foringer, 32, of New Bethlehem was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after he lost control of his vehicle on Stonehouse Road in Clarion Township.According to the police report, Foringer lost control on a curve, spun across the centerline, through the opposite lane, left the roadway, struck a tree and then spun the opposite way.
