EVANS CITY --- District Justice Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Brent Waits, 18, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged May 12 by Mars police with illegal operation of an all-terrain vehicle on streets and highways, fleeing police, headlamp requirements, two counts of failing to obey stop signs and failing to stop at an accident.

Kenny Newpher, 49 of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged April 28 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence between 0.08 percent and 0.10 percent blood-alcohol level, and disregard of traffic lanes.

Raymond Richard Bowser, 46, of Butler had his case held for court. He was charged May 11 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence between 0.10 percent and 0.16 percent blood-alcohol level, and disregard of traffic lanes.

Kenneth Raymond Wilkes, 47, of Kittanning waived his case to court. He was charged April 15 by the Butler County Drug Task Force with two counts of acquisition of a controlled substance by misrepresentation and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

CRANBERRY TWP - District Justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Jason Brewer, 30, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged April 16 by Cranberry Township police with robbery, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Thomas G. Tubridy, Jr., 42, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 26 by Cranberry Township police with having an accident involving injury while not licensed, driving with a suspended license, moving a stopped or parked vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, operating a vehicle without proper inspection, driving an unregistered vehicle and careless driving.Thomas G. Tubridy, 65, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 27 by the state police with conspiring to tamper with public records, unsworn falsification to authorities, tampering with public records, failure to transfer vehicle ownership, obtaining valid inspection without proper proof, making false application for a title, fraudulent signature on a title and 14 counts of certificate not to assigned in blank.Gloria J. Tubridy, 64, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged April 27 by the state police with conspiring to tamper with public records, unsworn falsification to authorities, tampering with public records, false application for certificate, title or registration and counterfeit plates and violating rules and violating regulations for motor vehicle registration.Kirk H. McHugh, 32, of McKees Rocks, waived his case to court. He was charged April 5 by the Cranberry Township police with four counts of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Frederick A. Ward, 56, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged April 5 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, and driving under the influence between 0.10 percent and 0.16 percent blood-alcohol level.

WORTH TWP, Mercer County - The following cases were heard June 9 by District Justice Lawrence Silvis:Randall T. Ritenour, 47, of Mercer was held for court on two counts of driving under the influence, exceeding the speed limit and driving with a blood-alcohol count of 0.02 percent or greater after a traffic stop April 16 on Route 62 in Jackson Township. He was released on his own recognizance.Kathleen J. Stoneburner, 51, of Youngstown, Ohio, waived her case to court on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving after she was stopped for driving over a divider on Interstate 79 in Jackson Township June 1. Stoneburner was released after posting a $5,000 bond.Alexander B. Barranco, 20, of Lakewood, Colo., was held for court on charges of possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop May 27 on Interstate 80 in Wolf Creek TownshipBarranco was released on a $3,000 bond. Moore, 20, of Colorado Springs, Colo., pleaded guilty to charges of use/possession of drug paraphernalia in connection with the same incident. He was released on a $3,000 bond.Ryan A. Edwards, 18, of Grove City was held for court on two counts of institutional vandalism, six counts of criminal mischief, loitering and prowling at night, three counts of possessing an instrument of crime and criminal mischief in relation to graffiti that appeared May 2 in various sites around the borough.Edwards was released on his own recognizance.Matthew J. Watson, 19, of Grove City was held for court on charges of loitering and prowling at night, attempted criminal mischief and three counts of possessing instruments of crime in connection with the same crime.Joseph E. Mosley, 48, of Grove City was waived to court on two counts of driving under the influence, careless driving, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility and restrictions on alcoholic beverages after a traffic stop May 15 on Route 173 in Pine Township. Mosley was released on his own recognizance.David R. Struble, 21, of Grove City was held for court on two counts of driving under the influence after a traffic stop April 17 on Elm Street. Struble was released on his own recognizance.Lisa L. Uber, 36, of Sandy Lake was waived to court on two counts of driving under the influence, careless driving, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without financial responsibility and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection after a traffic stop April 18 on Route 62 in Jackson Township. Uber was released on her own recognizance.
