Sharon Mueller and Doug Lopata, both of Westlake, Ohio were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. April 24 at Rocky River Presbyterian Church in Rocky River, Ohio. The Rev. Jon Fancher officiated. A reception followed at the Westside Irish-American Club in Olmsted Falls, Ohio.

The bride is the daughter of Bill and Valerie Mueller of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Rich and Mary Lopata of Olmsted Falls.

The maid of honor was Brenda Mueller of Butler. Bridesmaids were Debby Corman of Brookpark, Ohio; Tammy Ward of Indianapolis; Jen Contos of Stow, Ohio; and

Haughn of Akron, Ohio.

Performing the duties of best man was Dave Coticchia of Westlake. Ushers were Tim Radigan of North Olmsted, Ohio; Jon Mikulka of Berea, Ohio; Bryce Burkhard of Cleveland; and Chris DeLisio of Olmsted Falls.

The bride graduated in 1997 from Butler High School and in 2002 from Kent State University. She works at University Hospitals of Cleveland.

The bridegroom graduated in 1996 from Olmsted Falls High School and in 2002 from Cleveland State University. He works for Wade-Trim in Cleveland.

Following a honeymoon trip to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, the couple is making their home in Westlake.
