EVANS CITY - District Justice Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Bruce J. Basham, 25, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged April 16 by the Butler County Drug Task Force with three counts of manufacturing, delivery, and possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver drugs.

Elizabeth Cutts, 19, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged March 11 by Jackson Township police with possession of a controlled substance.

Scott Russell Pine, 20, Springboro, Pa., waived his case to court. He was charged March 2 by the state police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of a controlled substance with an impaired ability to drive and speeding.

Joshua A. Rivera, 18, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged April 8 by the Jackson Township police with theft and receiving stolen property.

Carrie Ann Lawther, 25, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged April 23 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol reading of between 0.10 percent and 0.16 percent, driving with a suspended license and disorderly conduct.

Christopher Cody Hill, 18, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged March 4 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence by a minor, purchasing alcohol beverage by a minor, speeding, careless driving and failure to use a seat belt.
