CRANBERRY TWP - District Justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:
Michael J. Reiser, 18, of Cranberry Township was charged April 7 by Cranberry Township police with use/posession of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged April 27 in an unrelated incident by Cranberry Township police with burglary, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Mark W. Slagle, 26, of Latrobe, Westmoreland County, was charged May 1 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol with general impairment, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct.Ashley Kunich, 21, of Cranberry Township was charged April 9 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol with general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol level of between 0.10 percent and 0.16 percent, disregard of traffic lane.David Lee Geibel, 47, of Butler, was charged May 6 by the state police with disregard of traffic lane, driving an unregistered vehicle, exceeding 65 mph on an interstate by 7 mph, manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver controlled substance, possession of controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Kara E. Peel, 18, of Monaca, Beaver County, was charged March 3 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of conspiracy to commit retail theft, two counts of retail theft and possession of a controlled substance.Michele Cafrelli, 23, of Midland, Beaver County, was charged March 3 by Cranberry Township police with two counts of conspiracy to commit retail theft and two counts of retail theft.William B. Cheetham, 47, of Cranberry Township was charged April 15 by Cranberry Township police with driving under with the highest rate of alcohol of 0.16 percent blood-alcohol level or above, exceeding 35 mph in urban district and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.Matthew A. Tichi, 20, of Cranberry Township was charged April 15 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol with general impairment, driving under the influence on a minor first offense and failure to use headlights.Jason S. Handyside, 23, of Cranberry Township was charged May 13 with two counts of manufacturing/delivery/posession with intent manufacture or deliver controlled substance and intent of possession of controlled substance.
