Karl T. Untch, 52, of Mars was charged Feb. 24 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence, general impairment incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence of a high amount of alcohol from 0.10 percent to 0.16 percent blood-alcohol level, and disregard of traffic lane.

Ferry, 40, of Imperial, Allegheny County; charged Feb. 26 by Jackson Township police with theft by unlawful taking of property and receiving stolen property.Justin Lee Tincha, 19, of Renfrew; charged March 10 by the State Police with possession of a controlled substance and/or use and possession of drug paraphernalia.Justin Lee Tincha, 19, of Renfrew; charged April 4 by the state police with use and/or possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, failure to keep right, driving with lights off to avoid arrest, reckless driving and accident damage to unattended vehicle.Mark F.
