3:24 a.m. Tuesday - Michael Torbett, 19, of 121 Rancindin Road was arrested for driving under the influence at East Jefferson and Third streets.

Tuesday - About 300 pounds of scrap aluminum valued at $150 were reported stolen from an undisclosed site on Route 19 in Muddy Creek Township. The theft occurred between 10:30 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday. Andrew Prengaman of West Sunbury owns the stolen property.5:58 p.m. Monday - Vehicles driven by William Mauthe, no age given, and Jane Rittelmann, no age given, both of Butler collided on Route 8 at the Dollar General store in Center Township.4:45 p.m. Monday - A sport utility vehicle driven by Abraham Slaman, no age given, of Fairmont, W.Va., and a car driven by Michael Adams, no age given, of Pittsburgh collided on Interstate 79 in Jackson Township.3:10 a.m. Sunday - John D. Scott, 19, of Slippery Rock was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Keister Road in Slippery Rock Township.

8:30 a.m. Monday - A sport utility vehicle driven by Anita Popolis, 41, of Kittanning struck the rear of a car driven by Christy Pratt, 19, of Kittanning on Butler Road in West Kittanning, Armstrong County.The collision pushed Pratt's car into the rear of a pickup truck driven by Brenda Nickel, 41, of Cowansville.

Tuesday - Someone broke into and ransacked the Centertown Road home of James Denelle in Pine Township, Mercer County. It was not known if any property was taken in the burglary, which occurred between April 28 and Tuesday.12:25 a.m. April 18 - Dale Aikens, no age given, of Portersville was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Old Ash Road in Springfield Township, Mercer County.2 a.m. April 1 - Jeremy McGuigan, no age given, of Grove City was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Springfield Church Road in Findley Township, Mercer County.
