North St. suffered minor injuries when he walked into the side of a utility trailer being towed by a sport utility vehicle on West Jefferson Street. Harry Hinderliter, 62, of 215 W. Brady St. was driving the SUV.Wednesday - Two Butler men were charged stemming from the April 11 assault of a city resident as he walked on Ninth Avenue.Jesse Almendariz, 18, and Lazard Tavira, 22, both of 311 Dutchtown Road are accused of jumping and punching Justin Harvey, age unknown, of Eighth Avenue. Harvey was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital for head and facial injuries suffered in the assault.Almendariz and Tavira are charged with simple assault and conspiracy.12:19 p.m. Tuesday - Cars driven by Thomas Bobbert, 65, of 334 Virginia Ave. and Jessica Davenport, 20, of Emlenton collided at South Chestnut and West Birch streets. The collision forced Davenport's car into a pickup truck driven by Richard Jablonski, 47, of 253 Home Ave.A passenger in Bobbert's car, Brenda Bobbert, 51, of 334 Virginia Ave., suffered unknown injuries in the crash.11:39 p.m. April 13 - Timothy Ketchem, 36, of 209 Country Club Road was arrested for driving under the influence after his pickup truck slammed into a pair of barricades on South Monroe Street. The barricades were recently placed on the road to detour traffic around a closed bridge. Ketchem suffered minor injuries in the crash.

Tuesday - Credit card statements were taken between 8:30 and 11:15 a.m. in a burglary at the Pinetract Road home of Robert Martini in Center Township.2:53 a.m. Sunday - A car driven by Paul Galster, 24, of Butler struck a guardrail on Whitestown Road in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Galster fled the scene following the crash.7:50 p.m. April 15 - A pickup truck driven by Daniel Fullerton Jr., 35, no address given, struck a utility pole along Leasureville Road in Winfield Township. Police said Fullerton walked away from the pickup after the crash.12:15 p.m. April 15 - Anthony Telego, no age given, of Beaver, Beaver County, was injured when the pickup truck he was driving struck the rear axles of a tractor-trailer at Route 8 and Brownsdale Road in Penn Township.Telego, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken with undisclosed injuries to Butler Memorial Hospital. Nathalie Daniels. 60, of Brea, Calif., was driving the tractor-trailer.

10:45 a.m. Tuesday - A sport utility vehicle driven by Elizabeth Marguglio, 62, of Rimersburg struck a tree along Switzer Road in Toby Township, Clarion County. Marguglio, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.
