10:14 p.m. Monday - Justin Thomas, 19, of 403 W. Wayne St. was arrested after allegedly assaulting his 45-year-old mother during a domestic dispute at their home. Thomas was arraigned on a charge of simple assault and placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bond.

11:10 p.m. Tuesday - William Wolford, 44, of Chicora was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at Weiland Road and Edmonds Drive in Concord Township.9:45 p.m. Monday - Cindy Hufnagel, no age given, of Butler was seriously injured when her sport utility vehicle struck a tree along Route 68 in Connoquenessing Township. Hufnagel, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was flown by medical helicopter to Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh where she is listed in serious condition.2:20 p.m. Monday - A pickup truck driven by Susan Dawson, 44, of Butler and a sport utility vehicle driven by Robin Fair, 44, of Chicora collided on Saxonburg Boulevard in Clinton Township. Dawson, who was wearing a seatbelt, suffered minor injuries.10:26 a.m. Sunday - Luke Sibble, 24, of Butler is accused of jumping on top of a car traveling on Elmwood Lane in Clay Township and smashing out the vehicle's windows, headlights and taillights. Sibble and Jason Geibel, 22, of Fenleton, who was driving the car, had just left a party at the time. The car sustained $2,278 in damages. Sibble is charged with criminal mischief.1:45 a.m. Sunday - An arrest warrant was issued for Harry McElroy Sr., 63, of Emlenton after he allegedly tried to run over Trooper Timothy Gilbert who had stopped the defendant for a traffic violation at Route 38 and Sandy Point Road in Allegheny Township. Gilbert was not injured.

7:30 p.m. Monday - Edward Schwab, 45, of Worthington was arrested for driving under the influence after his car struck the rear of a pickup truck on Route 422 in West Franklin Township, Armstrong County. Shannon Topolski, 34, of Cabot, who was driving the pickup, was taken with minor injuries to Armstrong County Memorial Hospital in Kittanning. She was wearing a seatbelt.4:30 p.m. Monday - A car driven by Deanna King, 20, of Freeport struck an embankment and flipped onto its roof on Route 128 in South Buffalo Township, Armstrong County. King, who was wearing a seatbelt, suffered minor injuries.

7:30 p.m. Wednesday - A van driven by Randall Hirt, 24, of South Park, Allegheny County, struck an embankment and rolled onto its side on Interstate 79 in Springfield Township, Mercer County.2:05 a.m. Wednesday - Thomas Bagnall, 52, of Grove City was arrested for driving under the influence at Route 58 and Glenora Drive in Pine Township, Mercer County.
