BUFFALO TWP - Northwest Savings Bank at 101 Monroe Road, Sarver, donated $500 to the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Midwestern Pennsylvania as part of its grand opening ceremony.

Doug Campbell is the manager of the new branch on Route 356, across from the entrance to the South Pike Cinemas.

Michelle Shuttleworth

, 2001 Seneca Valley High School graduate, recently performed in "City of Angels" to critical acclaim at the Pittsburgh Playhouse of Point Park University.

Her role as Mallory Kingsley and Avril Raines in "City of Angels" ran from Feb. 11 through 29.

Shuttleworth is a junior musical theater major in the Conservatory of Performing Arts at Point Park University.

CENTER TWP - Boscov's in the Clearview Mall on April 3 will host a candy sale benefit for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Allegheny Chapter.A variety of Easter candy will be for sale, along with homemade candy that is donated.The sale will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will be held at the mall entrance to Boscov's.
