2:34 a.m. Wednesday - David Pavkovich, 26, of 204 Greenview Gardens, Apt. 1A was arrested for allegedly assaulting his 33-year-old girlfriend during a domestic dispute at the couple's home.Pavkovich was arraigned on charges of simple assault and harassment, and placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $3,000 bond.2:01 a.m. Wednesday - Kenneth Gibson, 31, of 2 Arbor St., Lyndora, was arrested for driving under the influence on Center Avenue.Wednesday - A light blue, four-door 1990 Dodge with the Pennsylvania license plate DXK-6238 was reported stolen from Wallula Avenue. Philip Cypher of Herman owns the car.
1:50 p.m. Wednesday - A van driven by Michelle Cummings, 50, of Pitcairn, Allegheny County, and a car driven by Robert Stierheim, 76, of Saxonburg collided at Routes 8 and 228 East.Stierheim was taken with minor injuries to Allegheny General Hospital. Cummings was treated for minor injuries at the scene. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts. Police cited Cummings for a traffic signal violation.
1 p.m. Tuesday - A sport utility vehicle driven by Shreryl Niedenberger, no age given, of Butler struck a mailbox and guardrail, and traveled over an embankment along Route 356 in Summit Township. Niedenberger, who was wearing a seatbelt, suffered minor injuries.
2:50 p.m. Tuesday - A sport utility vehicle driven by Kristin Oleath, no age given, of Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County, struck an embankment on Route 128 in South Buffalo Township, Armstrong County.Tuesday - A car driven by Sonja McClain, 33, of Worthington skidded off Route 3011 in West Franklin Township, Armstrong County and struck a tree. Following the collision, the car spun around and struck another tree. McClain, who was wearing a seatbelt, suffered minor injuries.
1:23 p.m. Tuesday - A sport utility vehicle driven by James Marnich, 44, no address given, skidded on snow-covered George Junior Road in Pine Township, Mercer County and struck a tree.9:15 a.m. Tuesday - A sport utility vehicle driven by Kristen Jordan, 24, of Grove City skidded on snow-covered Amsterdam Road in Liberty Township, Mercer County, struck a tree and traveled down an embankment. Jordan, who was wearing a seatbelt, suffered minor injuries.
