Lula Dee Edgington, 73, of Belleville, Ill., formerly of Bonniebrook Road, died Saturday at Belleville Memorial Hospital. She moved to Illinois in December 2003 to live with her son.

Born Nov. 17, 1930, in Wellington, Texas, she was a daughter of Elbert L. and Maud Nored Robinson.

She was a homemaker and a member of St. Wendelin Roman Catholic Church in Carbon Center.

Mrs. Edgington enjoyed playing bingo at Tanglewood Senior Center.

Surviving are a son, Michael D. Edgington of Belleville, Ill.; a brother, Doug Robinson of Bakersfield, Calif.; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Her husband, Kenneth L. Edgington, whom she married Sept. 4, 1948, died Nov. 13, 2003. A son also preceded her in death.
