District Judge David KovachCRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard the following cases.Claire M. Lowen, 25, of Crescent, Pa., waived for court charges of conspiracy to use an access device, use of an access device, conspiracy to commit theft by deception, theft by deception, conspiracy to receive stolen property, receiving stolen property and retail theft. Charges were filed Nov. 2, 2018 by Cranberry Township police.Jackie Marsha-Denise Koering, 34, of Ellwood City, waived for court two counts of forgery, two counts of theft by unlawful taking and two counts of receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Aug. 7 by Cranberry Township police.Edwin G. Leech, 43, of Zelienople, waived for court charges of terroristic threats causing the evacuation of a building, disorderly conduct and defiant trespassing. Charges were filed Aug. 21 by Cranberry Township police.Taylor N. Cready, 24, of Cranberry Township, waived for court charges of DUI: controlled substance or metabolite first offense, DUI: controlled substance combination of drugs and alcohol first offense, driving without a license, careless driving and backing up a vehicle improperly. Charges were filed July 18 by Cranberry Township police.Alexandria M. George, 27, of Pittsburgh, waived for court a charge of retail theft. The charge was filed Aug. 12 by Cranberry Township police.Roger E. Trimbath, 36, of Pittsburgh, waived for court charges of marijuana small amount for personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving an unregistered vehicle. Charges were filed June 28 by Cranberry Township police.

Perry, 53, of Circleville, Ohio, waived for court charges of conspiracy to receive stolen property and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Aug. 24 by Adams Township police.Raini D. Perry, 28, of Circleville, Ohio, waived for court charges of burglary, theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to receive stolen property, criminal trespass and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Aug. 23 by Adams Township police.Justin R. Dean, 29, of Butler, waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely second offense, accidents involving death or personal injury, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property, careless driving and failure to stop and give information or render aid. Charges were filed July 8 by Jackson Township police.Delmar E. Silk, 60, of Butler, waived for court charges of overnight burglary and theft by unlawful taking. Charges were filed Aug. 25 by state police.Nichole R. Hoffman, 21, of Rochester, was held for court on charges of DUI: minor first offense, DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, purchasing alcohol as a minor, careless driving and drive at safe speeds. Charges were filed April 30 by Jackson Township police.James S. Majetic Jr., 35, of Beaver Falls, waived for court charges of driving while BAC .02 or greater while license suspended, DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, public drunkenness and similar misconduct, accident causing damage to unattended vehicle or property and failure to notify police of accident/damage to a vehicle. Charges were filed May 28 by state police.Norman C. Josephs, 63, of New Castle, waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense and careless driving. Charges were filed May 22 by state police.
