As former teachers and grandparents of a special needs grandchild, we applaud the South Butler School District for the implementation of the program, “Rachel’s Challenge,” with a focus on kindness, compassion and respect.

Hopefully, in 2020, all of us vote to elect a president that has and exemplifies these traits, unlike the current occupant that bullies, incites violence and demonstrates negativity.
