SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge William O’Donnell recently heard the following cases.

Joshua Michael Klein, 23, of New Castle was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, accidents involving death or personal injury, DUI, recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, harassment, careless driving, reckless driving, failing to stop and give information and render aid, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, and failure to notify police of accident. Charges were filed May 18 by state police.

Teresa Eileen Collins, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, driving without a license, failure to notify change in address, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, and careless driving. Charges were filed May 5 by state police.

Frank Joseph Stone, 31, of New Castle pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment filed July 12 by state police.

Aaron David Butler, 34, of New Brighton waived to court charges of DUI, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, failing to keep right, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving. Charges were filed on May 19 by state police.

Michael Tyler Snow, 21, of Harrisville waived to court charges of DUI, required financial responsibility, registration and certificate of title required, and operation of vehicle without official certificate of inspection. Charges were filed May 2 by Slippery Rock police.

Corey Mitchell Wimer, 36, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of theft by deception and bad checks filed May 9 by Slippery Rock police.

Nathan Dwight Smith, 43, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving filed June 14 by Slippery Rock police.

Stephen Douglas Kennedy, 50, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of endangering the welfare of children, DUI, and registration and certificate of title required. Charges were filed May 30 by Slippery Rock police.

Steven M. Pancoast, 29, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI and no headlights filed May 16 by Slippery Rock police.

Christian Robert Sarver, 24, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of DUI, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and not obeying traffic-control devices. Charges were filed March 17 by state police.

Zachary Thomas Beneke, 22, of Johnstown waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lane filed May 10 by state police.

Dana Eugene Martin, 24, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, failing to keep right, careless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, and not using low beams. Charges were filed Feb. 22 by state police.

Tyler Jon Greggs, 25, of Mercer waived to court charges of DUI, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lane, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and failing to use safety belt. Charges were filed May 5 by state police.

Benjamin Alan McMillen, 19, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, turning movements and required signals, speeding and careless driving. Charges were filed May 18 by state police.

Joshua Lloyd Gehrlein, 39, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, driving at an unsafe speed, and careless driving. Charges were filed May 27 by state police.

Conor James Mahoney, 36, of Renfrew waived to court charges of open lewdness and disorderly conduct filed July 15 by an officer for the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.

Saundra Jean Schwalm, 48, of Grove City waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving filed May 25 by state police.

Garrison Samuel Kasper, 22, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance; and DUI. Charges were filed Nov. 16, 2018, by Slippery Rock police.
