Charges were filed May 6 by state police.Zachary A. Bartman, 35, of Murrells Inlet, S.C., pleaded guilty to false reports: reported offense did not occur. The charge was changed from false reports: falsely incriminate another. Charges of unsworn falsification to authorities and harassment were withdrawn.
