District Judge Wayne SeibelEVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following cases.Dean J. Burgunder, 29, of Moon Township waived two court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property, failure to keep right, following too closely, careless driving, failure to stop and give information or render aid, and failure to notify police of an accident. Charges were filed May 6 by state police.Zachary A. Bartman, 35, of Murrells Inlet, S.C., pleaded guilty to false reports: reported offense did not occur. The charge was changed from false reports: falsely incriminate another. Charges of unsworn falsification to authorities and harassment were withdrawn. He was ordered to pay a $300 fine and court costs. Charges were filed June 6 by Jackson Township police.Deborah A. Smiga, 57, of Mars, waived for court charges of DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, disregarding traffic lanes, and turning movements and required signals. Charges were filed May 28 by Adams Township police.Barbara L. Patton, 56, of Zelienople, waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely second offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol second offense, careless driving and disregarding traffic lanes. Charges were filed May 30 by Zelienople police.Kiley S. Grinnell, 22, of Harmony, waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, careless driving, disregarding traffic lanes and duties at a stop sign. Charges were filed July 2 by Zelienople police.

District Judge Sue HaggertySAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard the following cases.Darius M. Obringer, 21, of Sarver waived to court charges of agricultural vandalism and travel on cultivated land. Charges were filed June 25 by Buffalo Township police.Jacqueline Highton, 42, of Sarver waived to court a charge of corruption of minors filed June 3 by state police.

District Judge Kevin O’DonnellBUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard the following cases.Malory A. Haugh, 33, of Export, Pa., pleaded guilty to a charge of driving during suspension and was ordered to pay fines and court costs of $323.50. The charge was filed June 13 by Butler Township police.Jeremiah A. Atwell, 29, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay fines and court costs of $807.50. The charge was filed April 23 by Butler Township police.Amy L. Ace, 44, of Franklin, Pa., pleaded guilty to retail theft and was ordered to pay fines, court costs and restitution of $594.90. The charge was filed May 8 by Butler Township police.Jan E. Campbell, 54, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay fines, court costs and restitution of $488.19. The charge was filed March 26 by Butler Township police.Kristy L. Campbell, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault and simple assault filed July 10 by Butler Township police.Robert J. Draper, 41, of Lyndora was held for court on a charge of endangering the welfare of children filed June 24 by Butler Township police.Lon M. Cooper, 54, of Butler waived to court charges of driving while suspended, driving without a license and driving an unregistered vehicle. Charges were filed April 29 by Butler Township police.Steven W. Dunmire, 26, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia filed June 24 by Butler Township police.Karlee Quinn, 22, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia filed June 24 by Butler Township police.Codey L. Smith, 19, of Chicora was held for court on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed June 24 by Butler Township police.
