CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard the following cases.

John Fantino, 55, of Brackenridge waived to court charges of DUI: controlled substance impaired ability second offense, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, careless driving and driving while suspended or revoked. Charges were filed Sept. 5, 2018, by Cranberry Township police.

Sunshine R. Fellows, 43, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense and careless driving. Charges were filed April 17 by Cranberry Township police.

Cary Cribbs, 31, of New Kensington was held for court on two counts of retail theft and criminal mischief. Charges were filed May 28 by Cranberry Township police.

Kenneth McGinnis III, 26, of New Kensington was held for court on a charge of retail theft. The charge was filed May 28 by Cranberry Township police.

Kia Brown, 29, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed March 22 by Cranberry Township police.

Thomas Caldwell, 31, of Callery waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness. Charges were filed April 17 by Cranberry Township police.

David M. Tralongo, 48, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to stop at a red signal. A charge of possession of marijuana was withdrawn. Charges were filed April 8 by Cranberry Township police.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following cases.Willford J. Charmley, 30, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, DUI: controlled substance schedule 1 first offense, DUI: controlled substance metabolite first offense, DUI: controlled substance combination of alcohol and drugs first offense, driving while suspended or revoked, turning movements and required signals, driving at unsafe speeds, careless driving, and not using low beams. Charges were filed June 20 by state police.Jordan C. Harbison, 28, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at unsafe speeds, careless driving, and failure to stop and render aid or give information. Charges were filed June 20 by state police.David E. Hertzog, 63, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, and three counts of turning movements and required signals. Charges were filed June 3 by Zelienople police.Johnathen E. Eads, 24, of Troy, Mo., was held for court on charges of theft by deception or false impression and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed June 21 by Adams Township police.
