CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard the following cases.

Ryan P. Partee, 34, of Wellsville, Ohio, waived to court two counts of forgery, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed May 29 by Cranberry Township police.

Eric D. Letcher, 37, of Farrell waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, conspiracy to receive stolen property, retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Feb. 8 by Cranberry Township police.

Samantha J. Olsen, 33, of Farrell waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, conspiracy to receive stolen property, retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Feb. 8 by Cranberry Township police.

Trista Lyle, 35, of Baden waived to court charges of DUI: controlled substance combination alcohol/drugs first offense and disregarding traffic lanes. Charges were filed April 17 by Cranberry Township police.

William Heller, 18, of Franklin waived to court a charge of corruption of minors. The charge was filed April 17 by Cranberry Township police.

Chad M. Collins, 33, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of strangulation, simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed May 21 by Cranberry Township police.

Jaden B. McCoy, 23, of Prospect waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense and disregarding traffic lanes. Charges were filed April 11 by Cranberry Township police.

Shane Villani, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed March 25 by Cranberry Township police.

Sandip Bajwa, 49, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely second offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol second offense, and accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property. A charge of driving at unsafe speeds was withdrawn. Charges were filed March 21 by Cranberry Township police.

Catherine S. Snyder, 60, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, and failure to stop at a red signal. Charges were filed April 11 by Cranberry Township police.

Renee M. Gouchnour, 38, of Cranberry Township waived to court a charge of retail theft. The charge was filed April 11 by Cranberry Township police.

Teena M. Genes, 34, of Ambridge waived to court a charge of retail theft. A charge of receiving stolen property was withdrawn. Charges were filed May 20 by Cranberry Township police.

Patrick C. Beverly, 30, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and driving while license suspended or revoked. Charges were filed April 11 by Cranberry Township police.
