Judge William Shaffer

Judge William Shaffer handed down the following sentences on Thursday:

Noah Dylan Dibuono, 23, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to 90 days of probation and a $300 fine for disorderly conduct. Dibuono was charged on May 12, 2018, and pleaded guilty on April 1.

Guy Devon Wallar, 21, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to one year of probation for possession of a controlled substance. Wallar was charged March 26, 2018, and pleaded guilty on April 3.

Jennifer Beth Johnston, 49, of Butler was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment with the first 14 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving under the influence. Johnston must also serve 60 hours of community service and pay $325 in fines.

Mark Alexander Cresswell, 21, of Mercer was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment with the first five days on house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia. Cresswell must serve six months of probation and 60 hours of community service and pay $1,075 in fines. Cresswell was charged on Nov. 21, 2016, and pleaded guilty on May 1.

Cody Adams, 29, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to three years of intermediate punishment with the first 120 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring for possession with intent deliver. Adams must pay a $300 fine. He was charged on July 27 and pleaded guilty on March 18.

Kelly Marie Cross, 26, of Butler was sentenced to three years of probation and a $300 fine for criminal use of a communication facility. Cross was charged on July 29, 2016, and pleaded guilty on May 1. In a second case, Cross was sentenced to one year of probation for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Cross was charged on Feb. 10, 2016, and pleaded guilty on May 1.

Matthew George Banyas, 24, of Cranberry Township was sentenced to six months to a year in county jail for possession of fentanyl with intent to deliver. Banyas will be on three years of probation and must pay $500 in fines.

Jeff Nordi, 31, of Aliquippa was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment with the first year on house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.2 or above with a suspended license. Nordi must pay $3,500 in fines and serve 150 hours of community service. Nordi has a restitution order that he must pay and serve 105 days of intermediate punishment. He was given five days of credit for time already served. Nordi was charged on April 1, 2018, and pleaded guilty on April 3.

Jerimiah John Haskins, 36, of Mars was fined $75 for operating a vehicle without a valid inspection. He was charged on Sept. 12 and pleaded guilty on May 1. In a second case, he was sentenced to one year of probation for recklessly endangering another person. He was charged on Dec. 6, 2017, and pleaded guilty on May 1. In a third case, he was sentenced to one year of probation, which runs separately from his other probation sentence, for possession of a controlled substance. He was charged on Aug. 30 and pleaded guilty on May 1. In a fourth case, he was fined $25 for operating a vehicle without inspection. He was charged on June 20 and pleaded guilty on May 1.

Billie Jo Henry, 44, of Butler was sentenced to three years of intermediate punishment with the first six months in jail followed by six months on house arrest for endangering the welfare of children. Henry must also serve 30 hours of community service. Henry was charged on June 27 and pleaded guilty on May 1.

Tera Lynne Callihan, 33, of Chicora was sentenced to 18 months of probation for theft by deception and false identification to law enforcement. Callihan was charged on Jan. 9 and pleaded guilty on April 30. In a second case, she was sentenced to nine months of probation for criminal attempt of theft, and theft by unlawful taking. Callihan was charged Jan. 4 and pleaded guilty on April 30.

Megan Lynn Horner, 38, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to one year of probation and a restitution order for theft. Horner was charged on June 23, 2017, and pleaded guilty on May 1.

James Andrews, 31, of Cranberry was sentenced to time served to one year in jail and one year of probation for theft by unlawful taking. With credit for time already served, Andrews was immediately paroled. Andrews was charged on Nov. 19 and pleaded guilty on May 1.

Jacquelyn Bara, 34, of Cranberry Township was sentenced to one year of probation and a $50 fine for disorderly conduct. Bara was charged on May 30, 2018, and pleaded guilty on May 1.

Christie Lynn Boby, 36, of Butler was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment with the first 105 days on house arrest for driving under the influence. Boby must also pay a $1,500 fine and serve 100 hours of community service.

Wayne C. Boyle, 43, of Butler was sentenced to one year of probation and a restitution order for theft. Boyle was charged on Sept. 11 and pleaded guilty on May 1.

Robert Brown, 52, of Emlenton was sentenced to 30 months of probation and a restitution order for theft. Brown was charged on Aug. 3, 2017, and pleaded guilty on April 2.

Michael Ray Callaway, 60, of Tarentum was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in jail for driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. He will be on probation for six months afterward and must serve 60 hours of community service and pay a $1,000 fine. Callaway was charged on Nov. 18 and pleaded guilty on April 8.

Onalee J. Phillips, 55, of Arnold was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in jail for driving under the influence and driving while operating privileges were suspended. Phillips received credit for time already served, allowing him to be immediately paroled. Phillips must also serve 60 hours of community service and pay $1,200 in fines. Phillips was charged on Sept. 29, 2016, and pleaded guilty on May 6.

Bennett Thomas Deal, 32, of Butler was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment with the first 105 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring. Deal must also serve 100 hours of community service and pay a $1,500 fine. Deal was charged on Sept. 23 and pleaded guilty on April 22.

Jeffrey A. Goughler, 41, of Oil City was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in jail and six months of probation for driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. Goughler received credit for time already served, allowing him to be immediately paroled. Goughler must also pay a $1,000 fine and serve 100 hours of community service. Goughler was charged on Jan. 8 and pleaded guilty on April 22.

Luke William Hawthorne, 37, of Sterling, Va., was sentenced to one year of probation, fines and restitution for theft. Hawthorne was charged Jan. 4 and pleaded guilty on April 23.

Micah William Pronesti, 37, of Bessemer was sentenced to six months of probation and a $100 fine for disorderly conduct. Pronesti was charged on Dec. 3 and pleaded guilty on May 1.

Noah Proud, 43, of Canonsburg was sentenced to one year of probation for deceptive business practices and theft by deceptive false impressions. Proud was charged on March 6, 2017, and pleaded guilty on April 22.

Thomas Earl Saeler, 44, of Butler was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment for driving under the influence. Saeler must also serve 60 hours of community service and pay a $1,000 fine. Saeler was charged on Sept. 5 and pleaded guilty on April 22.

Malcom C. Visnich, 25, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to one year of probation and must pay a restitution order for theft. Visnich was charged on March 9, 2017, and pleaded guilty on April 30.

Samantha Wilfong, 25, of Beaver Falls was sentenced to one year of probation for conspiracy retail theft and retail theft. Wilfong was charged on Oct. 18 and pleaded guilty on April 29. In a second case, Wilfong was sentenced to one year of probation for conspiracy retail theft and retail theft. Wilfong was charged on Nov. 1 and pleaded guilty on April 29.
