EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following cases.

Scott Allan Sauter, 24, of Valencia waived to court charges of fleeing an officer, causing an accident resulting in an injury while not properly licensed, reckless driving, driving without a valid inspection and failing to obey traffic control devices. Charges were filed Oct. 15, 2018, by Adams Township Police.

Aimee N. Ladebu, 37, of Valencia waived charges of DUI. Charges were filed March 26 by Adams Township Police.

Kirk Hefren, 49, of Cranberry Township waived charges of unlawful dissemination of an intimate image, disorderly conduct and harassment. Charges were filed Feb. 25 by Zelienople Police.

Kimberly Lynn Gordon, 30, of Evans City waived charges of DUI. Charges were filed March 25 by Evans City Seven Fields Regional Police.

Brent Eric Henry, 45, of Valencia waived charges of causing an accident resulting in an injury while not properly licensed, causing an accident resulting in serious bodily injury, risking catastrophe, recklessly endangering another person, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, and careless driving resulting in serious bodily injury. Charges were filed Feb. 8, 2018, by Adams Township Police.

Kelsey Nichole Lees, 26, of Evans City waived charges of escape. Charges were filed April 3 by Butler County detectives.

Michael Paul Moyer, 21, of Butler was held for court on charges of recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed March 25 by Evans City Seven Fields Regional Police.

Kristoffer M. Ion, 27, of Harmony waived charges of flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest and DUI. Charges were filed April 10 by Jackson Township Police.

Damian Lamar Carney, 21, of New Castle waived charges of possession of marijuana — small amount for personal use, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, careless driving, speeding, and failure to use a seat belt. Charges were filed March 19 by state police.
