BUTLER TWP — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Kevin O’Donnell.

Jennifer M. Mullen, 46, of Butler pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed Feb. 19 by Butler Township police.

Amber L. Walsh, 24, of West Sunbury pleaded guilty to a drug paraphernalia charge filed Feb. 12 by Butler Township police.

Maria N. Young, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of acquisition by misrepresentation, possession of controlled substance and theft filed Jan. 22 by Butler Township police.

Brad R. Harbison, 47, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, traffic control devices, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages filed Feb. 12 by state police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge William O’Donnell.

Angela Marie Cipolla, 20, of Erie waived to court charges of DUI and drug paraphernalia filed Nov. 24 by state police.

Brian Scott Henning, 56, of Cheswick, was held for court on charges of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, DUI, disregarding lane, careless driving and turning movements and required signals filed Feb. 16 by state police.

Carly Marie Mosier, 21, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of drug paraphernalia, DUI, turning movements and signals, and careless driving filed Jan. 26 by state police.

Aiden Paul Evalt, 19, of Waterford waived to court charges of DUI, minor prohibited from operating with any alcohol in system, duties at stop sign, and possession of liquor by a minor filed Feb. 17 by Slippery Rock University police.

Patrick Timothy Kearney, 31, of Mercer waived to court charges of rape, sexual assault and aggravated assault filed by state police.

William Joseph Bowser, 57, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, DUI, failure to keep right, improper turn, careless driving and failure to use low beams filed Feb. 21 by state police.

Mason Alexander Pritchard, 22, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding lane and speeding filed Dec. 10 by state police.

Demonte Jordan Cannady, 25, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia filed Feb. 23 by Slippery Rock University police.

Richard Doug Giovanetti, 23, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI and stop sign duties filed Feb. 23 by Slippery Rock University police.

Troy Levelle Moon, 21, of New Brighton waived to court charges of terroristic threats and harassment filed Dec. 11 by state police.

SAXONBURG — The following cases were recently heard in the court of District Judge Sue Haggerty by Senior District Judge Pete Shaffer.

Jacalyn N. Jageman, 34, of Fenelton waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving filed Dec. 20 by Middlesex Township police.

Tammy S. Roberts, 55, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding lane, and careless and reckless driving filed Feb. 19 by state police.

Amber L. Demek, 32, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, disregarding lane, speeding and careless driving filed Feb. 13 by state police.

Brandi C. Bacome, 40, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI and reckless driving filed Jan. 30 by Penn Township police.

Michael D. Wilson, 33, of Kittanning was held for court on charges of theft and receiving (three counts each) filed Nov. 15 by Penn Township police.

Russell C. Little, 20, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and speeding filed Feb. 20 by state police.

Audry R. Behe, 30, of Altoona waived to court charges of access device fraud, identity theft, theft by unlawful taking, driving while registration suspended, and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked filed Jan. 28 by state police.
